We have all enjoyed the great weather this spring. It’s been wet and not too hot, and the vegetation has really flourished. This means many of the trees in the subdivision need some tending.
As you should all be aware, trees in the swales are the responsibility of the homeowners. Limbs hanging over the sidewalk need to be trimmed up to a minimum height of eight (8) feet to allow pedestrian traffic to walk underneath without having to duck their heads. Tree limbs hanging over the roadway need to be trimmed up to a minimum of 14 feet to avoid obstructing traffic.
We have been receiving complaints from community members and delivery drivers about low hanging branches around the subdivision.
Please be respectful of your neighbors and complete any necessary trimming as soon as possible.
