Tuscany Clubhouse Reservation Process and Fee Changes

The Tuscany Board of Directors is excited to announce the following changes to the Clubhouse reservation process and fees:

 

For 2024 the rental fee will be reduced to $50 for rentals January through October, and $75 for rentals in November and December.  We want to encourage community members to take advantage of this beautiful facility available to anyone in Tuscany.

 

We are also streamlining the reservation process.  We have long accepted emailed reservation forms, but will now offer a form that can be filled out entirely online without having to print and scan it!  We also now accept reservation payments online!  Simply go to https://pay.allianceassociationbank.com/Home and make a payment the same way you would pay your dues.  You can make one-time payments using the Management Company ID, Association ID, and Property Account Number provided on your most recent statement, or pay through your established online account.  No more having to mess with writing and mailing a check (unless you still want to).  This will make it easier for you to ensure you get your reservation on the date you want it.  Reservation forms and payments will still be taken on a first come, first served basis, with the first payment received being the one that gets the reservation.  The Clubhouse will not be held awaiting payment.  The updated reservation form can be found here.

 

Additionally, we will no longer require cleaning deposit checks, which would be sent in and then returned after the event.  With the new system, if there are cleaning or damage fees that need to be levied, your account will be charged.  You will have five days to pay any fees levied before late fees will be charged.

 

It remains incumbent upon each renter to contact the Clubhouse Committee member on duty the date of their event a minimum of two days before the event to schedule the pre- and post-event walkthroughs.  The dates and contact information for the Clubhouse Committee members can be found here.

 

The Board is excited about these changes, and is hopeful this will encourage more families to make use of this wonderful amenity.
