Tuscany offers many outstanding amenities for our residents to enjoy, including a clubhouse, pools, parks, playgrounds, and miles of walking paths located throughout the neighborhood. Tuscany is ideally located near award winning schools, including Mountain View High School, Victory Middle School, and Siena Elementary, which is located within walking distance.

Tuscany’s natural setting along 10 Mile Creek is additionally accentuated by landscaping details, water features, tree-lined streets and 3 man-made lakes. The lakes provide both open space and a visual amenity for the neighborhood. You will know the difference when you see it.

Residents also enjoy nearby amenities, including the recently constructed YMCA located just outside the neighborhood near the intersection of Eagle and Amity roads.

Tuscany’s clocktower clubhouse provides an excellent location for small group gatherings and family events. The facility offers comfortable accommodations, including a Chef’s kitchen with microwave, stove, refrigerator, and a large granite counter area for serving. There is an expansive seating area with couches, chairs, and a gas fireplace, as well as a dining area with seating for up to eight guests.

The clubhouse is adjacent to one of Tuscany’s largest pools, a playground for children, and a small putting green to keep everyone entertained.

Along with our new homes, we have a school within Tuscany that is kindergarten through 5th grade. This is Meridian, Idaho’s most advanced concept in education. Tuscany falls within the West Ada School District. Although boundaries may change in the future, currently the schools for Tuscany include Siena Elementary School, Victory Middle School and Mountain View High School.

South Meridian YMCA

Being centrally located, Tuscany has easy access to all the Treasure Valley has to offer. In addition, our neighborhood is scattered with strategically placed pocket parks and open space. We have several tot lots, a basketball court, a school right in our neighborhood, and an 8-acre Meridian City Park. The difference really shows.

What other neighborhood allows you to step out your front door and do a 10K and never leave the comforts of your community? That’s right, we have open space to spare. Gorgeous tree-lined streets, a network of trails that meander through beautifully sculpted parks, past 3 man-made lakes and the natural setting of 10 Mile Creek.
