The Tuscany HOA Annual Meeting will be Tuesday, April 26th from 5:30-7:00 p.m.
To provide an opportunity for all members to safely join the meeting, it will be held in person at Siena Elementary and online via Zoom. The link to the Zoom meeting will be posted on the HOA calendar as usual. Please keep in mind that this meeting is for homeowners only.
All Tuscany homeowners should by now have received the annual meeting packet in the mail. It contains a cover letter, 2022 Annual Meeting Agenda, 2021 Balance Sheet, 2021 Budget vs Actual, and 2022 Tuscany Combined Budget.
One of the most important aspects of the annual meeting is the election of the Tuscany HOA Board of Directors. Each candidate will be given the opportunity to introduce themselves and speak to why they want to serve on the Board. Voting for this year’s election will be by ballot, which will be sent via U.S. mail to all homeowners prior to the meeting. The ballots can be turned in at the meeting, dropped in the voting lockbox which will be placed at the clubhouse, or returned via U.S. mail. Voting will be open until at least June 1, 2022.
There is always a lot going on within Tuscany, but especially now with the forthcoming settlement for the land purchased by the ACHD.
