Summer is here and it is time to start thinking fun in the sun! The Tuscany pools will be opening this year on Friday, May 28th; just in time for the long holiday weekend.
Mark your calendars, the annual Tuscany yard sale will be Saturday, June 5th. Let us hope for beautiful weather this year and a great turnout!
People have been inquiring about the Zaldia and Montague roundabout damage. The HOA is aware of this and is working on getting bids to have the damage repaired. Due to the current housing and construction boom, it is quite difficult to arrange this type of work. We are doing the best we can and hope to have it repaired as soon as possible.
The fountains will be on soon, except for the ones along Eagle Road at Zaldia and Rome. Due to the construction and road closures, these fountains will be left off until it is reasonable to get them up and going. Unfortunately, the vendor that does this work for us is short-staffed and behind schedule this year, but we hope the other locations will be on within the next week.
We are hearing from people in several parts of the neighborhood that the aphids are already out in full force, so now is the time to treat your trees if they are under attack. The HOA has hired a new company this year, Blue Ribbon Landscapes, to handle tree maintenance for the common areas. We hope this will greatly improve the health of our shared community trees.
