Traffic control will begin at approximately 10:50am near the Palermo entrance on Locust Grove, so please plan accordingly for any minor disruptions. For detailed project information, please follow this link.
Hopefully everyone is enjoying the pool season so far! Unfortunately, we are receiving complaints regarding homeowners/guests not following the rules. Please see below for a few reminders:
POOL HOURS
The set hours for the four pools are 8AM–10PM.
SUPERVISION:
Children MUST be supervised by an adult at all times. Failure to do so will result in the homeowner’s pool privileges being taken away. We have received reports of unattended children staying in the pools after hours, yelling profanity and harassing others. This is not permitted.
GUESTS:
Homeowners are welcome to bring guests to the pool, however the homeowner must be present at all times. Please do not share your key card with other homeowners or friends. This poses a liability, and the key card shared will be deactivated.
CLEANUP:
Trash cans are provided at the pools for homeowner use. Please utilize them and be courteous to your neighbors by cleaning up after yourself, family, and guests.
FIGHTING:
Any physical violence is not tolerated and will result in the immediate loss of pool privileges.
KEY CARDS:
Key cards/access issues need to be addressed through AMP. Please keep in mind that key cards are deactivated for compliance issues and delinquencies. For access issues please contact 208-370-5914 and chat with your Community Manager, Alissa Hale.
You will find the pool form here, which includes a list of rules that everyone signed to gain pool access. Please review those if necessary. If you see anyone not following these rules, please contact the management company and report it.
