Springtime in Tuscany always brings a lot of activity. Here are some important dates residents will want to be aware of:
Wednesday, May 24: Tuscany Annual Homeowners Meeting at Siena Elementary from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. The meeting notice and budget information was mailed earlier this month, and started arriving in homes on Friday, May 5. The envelope (shown below) only shows a P.O. Box for the return address, so if you haven’t seen the meeting information, please check your junk mail stack, as you may have placed the mailer there not realizing what it was. The various projects underway within the subdivision will be discussed, the Board of Directors for the coming year will be elected, and the annual budget will be reviewed. The official ballot will be mailed the week of May 15. If you were unable to get your candidacy submitted before the May 10 deadline, we will accept last minute volunteers for the Board at the meeting before the voting closes.
Friday, May 26: Tuscany pools open! The weather is finally turning nice, and when that happens thoughts turn to playing in the water. All four pools are being prepped, and we have new furniture on order, including some cafe chairs and small tables to make enjoying the pools even easier. The new furniture isn’t expected until July, but is something we can all look forward to.
Saturday, June 3: Tuscany Spring Community Garage Sale from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Start digging through your closets, garages, and sheds to find those little treasures you’ve finished enjoying and are ready to pass along to someone else.
Reminder: If you’re looking to start a new project this summer, please review Tuscany’s Architectural Design Standards and Construction Guidelines, then submit a description of the project, supporting drawings, and paint color samples using the ACC Request Form 2023.
