The Tuscany Board of Directors would like to announce a recent decision which we hope every homeowner will understand is ultimately in the best interest of our entire community. MGM Association Management will be taking over management of the Tuscany subdivision effective August 15, 2021.
Due to unforeseen circumstances beyond their control, since taking over management responsibility for Tuscany in March 2021, BCPM has been unable to provide adequate service to our community. Tuscany requires a lot more attention than other subdivisions based upon its sheer size and number of amenities. Despite diligent efforts, BCPM recognizes they have not been able to provide the level of service they expected to provide. The Board of Directors has worked closely with BCPM throughout these past months, and we have mutually agreed the best course of action is for Tuscany to find alternate property management. The Board thanks BCPM for its service, and regrets the unfortunate circumstances that have led to this change. BCPM has committed to doing everything it can to make the upcoming transition as smooth as possible.
Looking ahead, the Board is pleased to begin its relationship with MGM Association Management. MGM is a local company that has been serving HOAs for over 20 years, and currently manages over 120 associations. The owner has personally committed to ensuring we have a successful, long-term relationship and we have every expectation they will be able to deliver. We would like to give all Tuscany homeowners the opportunity to meet our new management company and are planning such an event for the near future. In the meantime, please look for a welcome letter from MGM shortly after they take over management responsibilities on August 15.
The Board recognizes moving to a third management company in three years can create confusion and make it difficult for homeowners to know who to contact. However, it is in the best interest of all homeowners that we have a property management company committed to Tuscany who has the resources to ensure all our community needs are met. We believe the subdivision will be much better off in the long run by making this change now, and ask for everyone’s understanding and patience during the transition.

We invite all homeowners to attend the next regular monthly Board meeting via Zoom and participate in the first part of the meeting where we regularly provide an opportunity for such comments from any homeowner. As usual, details about the meeting are posted on the HOA calendar on this website.
