Dear Tuscany Homeowners,
We’re pleased to announce that all four Tuscany pools will open for the season on Friday, May 23rd at 8:00 AM. Please note that the pools are for the exclusive use of Tuscany residents and their guests. Use of the pools is at your own risk, no lifeguard or safety personnel will be on duty. Pool rules are posted onsite, and we kindly ask that all residents read and comply with them prior to use.
Key Card Access Requirements:
Key cards will be activated only for residents in good standing with the Association. To be considered in good standing, the following criteria must be met:
- All Association assessments are current.
- No active CC&R violations.
If you make a payment or submit a waiver after AMP’s business hours, your key card will be activated the following business day. To avoid any delays in access, we recommend making arrangements or payments during the week if you plan to use the pool on a weekend or holiday.
AMP Office Hours:
- Monday–Thursday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Friday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Key Fob Reminders:
Please keep your key fob in a secure place. If your key fob is lost or stolen, a replacement can be purchased for $25.00, and the original will be deactivated for security purposes.
