The Tuscany HOA Board of Directors is dedicated to preserving the quality and appearance of the patio home areas within our community. To support this goal, we have established a Patio Homes Committee. This committee focuses on monitoring the landscaping and exterior upkeep of the patio home sections to ensure they remain attractive, well-maintained, and in harmony with community standards. Committee members regularly walk the patio home areas and report any concerns or maintenance needs to the Board for timely attention.
