Thanks to the ACHD widening Eagle Road, Tuscany subdivision is in the fortunate position of having an influx of money expected this year. This is an excellent opportunity for community improvements. The question is which items should be prioritized.
The Board has gotten a bid from a landscape architectural firm to help us identify the best ways to improve the neighborhood. The age of the subdivision means the cost of maintenance is increasing and there are areas that could be redesigned or updated to lower those costs. Bringing in an expert with the right kind of knowledge to provide guidance at a time when we have extra money is a cost that will save us money in the future.
In a situation like this, it’s important for the community to have a voice. The Board would like to know what the residents feel are the areas of greatest importance. Please take a few minutes to complete the below survey to share your thoughts. We will collect responses through the end of February so everyone has ample opportunity to weigh in. Only one survey per residence will be accepted.
