The following information is provided to ensure all of us are updated on the ACHD road widening project on Eagle Road. As you are aware, Tuscany’s HOA Board is actively seeking votes from homeowners to approve the Board’s authority to negotiate the sale of Tuscany land bordering Eagle Road. Without your vote, ACHD will invoke eminent domain to claim the land at the lowest price. By casting your vote, Tuscany can negotiate a fair market value price and use those funds to upgrade our neighborhood.
